In 2002 William Ralph established Quartz Technologies as a concrete refinishing contractor to perform installations of Grani-tite flooring surfaces before going to college. He worked through college with Duo-Mark construction and NE construction as an Assistant Superintendent. After College William accepted a job offer with Rowland Companies. He quickly began moving up to become one of the youngest direct superintendents in the General Contracting industry. He completed the 17 million dollar DGDC medical project in San Antonio before turning 23 and Completed the 30 million dollar Limestone Regional Medical Center in Groesbeck, TX a year and a half later. William continued working in General Contracting full time until 2010 when he began working again as an independent insurance adjuster and utilized free time to focus on creating his own businesses. in 2011 William began business on his own by re-branding his Quartz Technologies business with a partner as a pool service contractor. After a request from a family member in 2012 to perform a small job in Jackson, MS for Mueller Water products William was able to establish Quartz Utilities which now performs work for several clients throughout the country. In 2013 William sold and completed his first roofing project. Quartz Technologies LLC was established in early 2014 and Quartz Utilities and Quartz Pools were divided into separate entities. William wanted to create the finest roofing company he could so he spent over a year taking on small roof projects and working to master the art of roofing before establishing Quartz Roofing in 2015. Quartz Roofing looks forward to becoming a major roofing contractor with its success driven on the reputation for quality and satisfied customer recommendations that have helped drive the other businesses in the Quartz brand
