Ralphs in Carmel Valley, San Diego has allowed the vanilla and vanilla bean ice creams of McConnel's to become unfrozen with the contents sticking up the outside of the containers. I have brought this to the attention of managers here, but to no avail. As soon as a new shipment comes in, within 2 weeks it happens again. One manager told me that patrons leave the doors open. This does not happen to other ice creams. It appears to me that the boxes of McConnel's are left out to defrost or someone is sabotaging McConnel's ice cream. Would you please look into this matter?
