Local management, local ownership - in 2016, Scribe Residential Management acquired former Recar & Associates, Realtors from Richard A. Smith (former owner of Coldwell Banker United, Realtors). Prior to 1999, the company was owned by founder Teresa Recar. So our firm has over 25 years of success, under the leadership of current President / CEO Greg A. Fedro (who joined the company in 1994).
