This was the absolute worst experience. It is true what lucy writes in her review, the hot oil massage - sorry, I mean hot stone massage was a slippery mess. She worked on my upper back and moved the stones around, but other than that she spent the rest of the time just wiping me down with more oil. I also got a facial which was far below subpar. I could barely feel her massaging my face and she barely did any extractions. The worst part was that my bg got this a gift certificate and THE OWNER tried to charge me extra for the facial! The gift certificate said '75 m. massage and 45 m. facial'. She said I should have requested a MINI facial, but nowhere on the certificate did it say that. She made me pay for their mistake! In the end, I had to pay her the difference so I could just leave that place and never think of it again! Please, don't get caught up on the prices. You definitely get what you pay for at the red & white spa!
