Literally a flea-bag motel. Charged $119 plus tax. Was told I would be charged a late arrival fee if arriving after 9:00 p.m. Arrived before 8:30, nobody in the office. Finally, resident clerk came to the office, polite, but first room he gave us the keys for was not cleaned, garbage on the night tables, and the second room was not much better. Large stains on the carpet, room smelled like wet dog, rust in the bathroom, vanity pulling away from the wall, dirty. Went to dinner, noticed small red welts on my wife's ankles - flea bites! Do not believe the description written by the owner or management of the Redwood. The motel is not clean or well kept, the rooms are out-dated, mattresses old and dirty, sheets stained... you are better off sleeping in your car even if the Redwood has the only available rooms in the area.
