Regents Park Apartments in Tempe is a Bedbug infested hellhole. Dangerous felons. Drug use. Drug sales. Theft. Noisy gansta rap at all hours. I saw a tenant filing serial numbers off a handgun on the railing outside of his apartment. Manager is a pathological liar who will snoop in your apartment while you're away. Some apartments are bugged. Filthy, roaches, black mold. Five people were living under the screen in the efficiency apartment above mine. His maintenance staff are illegal aliens, who speak English well enough, but act as if they don't understand complaints. If you live there, file a lawsuit and a health code complaint, and get out. Remember, there is no privacy or security. Very dangerous.l
