We called Residential Heating & Air Conditioning after having not such an enormous experience with another local heating and plumbing company. I can't say an adequate amount of superior things about Michael and his company. He suspiciously explained all of our options as well as outlining the pros and cons for each option. Michael gave us a very fair price and his teammates were superb hard-working, clearly knew what they were doing and carefully cleaned up as they worked. We ended up with a super resourceful modulating furnace with an air filter and we love it! Our house was so cold that week about 450F inside. Michael did an amazing job fitting us into his schedule and he was super responsive to all of our questions. I just called him the other day to find out about AC for our place and I wouldn't hesitate to use Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Heating again in a heartbeat!

Thomas is very intelligent, sincere and skilled service man. Last Friday I fall in a problem with my heating system. Then I called Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for helping me in this case. Just after two hours a well dressed man Thomas came in and fixes the trouble successfully. I was completely impressed to see his skillful job and informative allocation. He also had given me some tips about the right use a heater. I am happy with him actually. Definitely I will recommend him to anyone around me.

Thomas was great! The heater of my home had damaged a few days ago. Then I contacted with Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for a solution. They assure me to solve it and they send me their servicing team with Thomas. He gave me a hard quote for replacement of my heater and ducting which he stuck to and the quote was much better than others. His team was in and out within the timeframe he gave me. Everything works perfectly! Thanks Thomas for the extraordinary performance!

Had my AC and furnace replaced with these guys? I had a 1stage furnace and a 7seer AC when I moved into my new house but I had these guys replace it with a 2 stage variable speed furnace and a 14seer AC unit. I had done a few estimates from a bunch of different companies and these guys offered me the best price and gave me a lifetime warranty which none of the other companies offered. They were very prompt on the day of the installation and it took about only five hours. Reasonable I would say for the amount of work needed. They were courteous and cleaned up after they were done. They also gave me a quick operating overview. In Morrisville you also need to get an approval from the village to make sure it meets all the codes and standards. The inspector general came over and noticed that there was an air leak right above the blower. So I phoned Residential Heating and Air Conditioning and they promptly sent somebody over to fix the leak and didn’t charge me for it. The whole thing makes quite a dent in your savings but hopefully with all the new energy efficient equipment I get my money's worth.

Just before the shifting to my new constructed home, there needed an air conditioning system to be installed. I called on Residential Heating and Air Conditioning on-line. They were very respectful and friendly on phone and assure me to install it rapidly. On the following day they came in and installed it successfully. It made me tension free and reliable. Thanks for the sincere team work indeed. I will recommend this company to anyone.

This was our first experience with Residential Heating and Air Conditioning. Nicolas came out with a trainee. Both were very satisfying and proficient. They clearly explained what they were going to do and then followed up by explaining while they were performing the air conditioner inspection. It was show of skilled and expert team work. Overall it was a very good service visit and we would use them again if needed.

During the last summer the air conditioner of my home damaged for short circuit. I was depressed for this accident and wrote to Residential Heating and Air Conditioning online. They came and replaced it sincerely. I was just impressed to see their compassionate pleasing step. From then I am a great fan of this company. If I will fall in any problem with AC definitely I will call them again. Hope this company will go a long way.

I have been calling places all over the Raleigh area and each one quoted me outrages prices just to come and change the filter on my unit! I was about to give up and try to get on the roof myself to figure out how to do it when I realized I haven't checked out the site for air conditioning maintenance! Residential Heating & Air Conditioning had the best reviews all which mentioned Thomas the owner and his great service. So I decided to give him a call. Thomas returned my call within a few minutes just as he says he will in his voice-mail message. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly! He assessed my air conditioning unit and told me the options that would increase my air conditioner efficiency and the cost of each. He was very honest about the cost benefit of each. I took his recommendation to fully service the unit and replace the filter etc and today my air conditioning is working better than ever. Thank you all for this type of honorable service indeed.

Last year I was in an excruciating confusion, when the construction of my home has completed. I was hopeless after visiting hundreds of companies to set a central air conditioning system in my home. Then I know about this company from my friend Jacobson. I was delighted to know about their offer. It was cheap and discounted in the mean time. Took out old gravity furnace and installed new furnace in our house, built in 1902. Great price, and really great work done. A family friend who has been a professional home inspector for the past 25 years, and asked who did that? It's fantastic! Very happy.
