Well-meaning but not entirely adept bunch. Assessments involve very little direct staff involvement. Sadly, somewhere there is a suite of Facebook personality quizzes returning more helpful diagnostic data. Also: check with your insurance company before you go. Office staff have been known to suggest treatments are covered that are not, in fact, covered.
