Richard Ross Associates in Westlake is the biggest mistake I have ever made!! If you need a lawyer keep looking this one will take your money and leave you nothing to show for it. I struggled to find the money for the $4,500 retainer. Less than a month later they went through it. $10,000 later and I am no were closer to a resolution. And was told sorry please sign a sub of attorney your money is gone and we can't represent you unless you give us more. Very pushy about more money, goes through thousands quickly and leaves you broke and no better than you were!!
