Even though I have been using computers for many years, and should know better, I left my computer unprotected for just a few hours while changing anti-virus software. Big mistake! I got the worst case of computer virus of my life, including XP Defender Pro. The viruses blocked every web site I tried to go to, and every program I tried to run, including all my anti-virus programs. So I took my computer to Roger Koo in Cartersville, GA, and he jumped right on it. There were dozens of trojans on there, but Roger was able to clean it all up and get it running well by the next day. I really appreciated the excellent work and service!
