Tim was awesome! Great customer service! I had called 3 other places to get someone out here and when they told him mine was urgent, he made a point to make it his first stop. I was so happy that he was honest and did a good job.

My garage door spring broke on Friday evening Labor Day weekend. Of course everything is closed. Called AGD and left a message. Just like their outgoing message stated, they called,early Tuesday morning. After answering some questions about the door, I was told the repair guy would be there in about 20 minutes. He arrived in about 15. About 45 minutes later, everything was working again. I received the same good service when they installed my opener about two years ago. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. Their service is first rate.
