I received a good response from the company, although there was some pricing issues regarding the original quote issued from the company in the very beginning. What was supposed to be a 950.00 quote for 2 installed openers, went up to 1175.00 due to a miscommunication between the representative and installation company. The matter was resolved in person after 2 phone calls and the intial quote honored. I took off one star for the incorrect information miscommunication with the company and installers, including appointment times not met.
