Saturday night. 10 PM. Garage door spring snaps with car still inside. I have meetings on Monday so start calling places in a panic.. I call a few no answer. I call Trinity and Bill picks up. He arrives at 11PM and we're done before midnight.
I could not have been happier.. and I also found out how much volunteer work Bill does with youth. If I ever have a door issue again there is only one call I'll be making.

The reviews are true! I got the text from my significant other saying the garage door would not close and could I fix it -:)
Turns out the spring was broke and one of the cables had snapped. I gave Electric Gate Repair a call - we discussed the issue, they gave me a competitive quote and said they would be by later in the day (I was working at home). They showed up around 2pm and had the job done is a hour or so.
We are considering upgrading the garage door machine and they will be the 1st company I call.
