I had an oppurtunity to purchase a ticket from samira travel for my mom recently. I called about 10 different Travel agencies for a ticket but no one was able to get my mom a ticket. But then I called samira travel and they helped me get her the ticket insantly. I am very happy with their friendly and great service. And I will recommend everybody to buy their tickets from them.

awful service, very unprofessional attitude. do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place and all the problems this place brings to your travel plans. i have a lot of experience with different travel agencies around the world and have never had such an experience before. i cannot even believe they are still in business they way they treat customers.
