They are horrible and bad customer service.. they have idiots working on your file. Paralegal tells you what you want to hear rather than the truth, the personal injury lawyers are a waste of space and they lost critical information on my file like actual pictures from my accident.. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM AND WASTE YOUR TIME, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! uneducated pieces of s@@@.. they lie about your case.. walk the other way please
