Sandy's Sign Works is a shady business! They treat their employees with great disrespect! They hired one greatly qualified candidate, then canned them four days later! This person was given no chance, no warning! They were told how great of a person they were, how great of a job they were doing, and how talented and skilled they were, but they just weren’t the right fit for the company! Isn’t that something that should have been determined before, possibly during the TWO interviews they had! They were told they had done nothing wrong, but just wasn’t the right fit! What kind of B.S. is that! If this person did have some sort of attribute they were lacking, shouldn’t they have been told about it, and then rewarded some time to improve? Especially more than four days! A new beginner needs more than four days to adjust to a new environment!
