Sandy's Sign Works is a shady business! They treat their employees with great disrespect! They hired one greatly qualified candidate, then canned them four days later! This person was given no chance, no warning! They were told how great of a person they were, how great of a job they were doing, and how talented and skilled they were, but they just weren’t the right fit for the company! Isn’t that something that should have been determined before, possibly during the TWO interviews they had! They were told they had done nothing wrong, but just wasn’t the right fit! What kind of B.S. is that! If this person did have some sort of attribute they were lacking, shouldn’t they have been told about it, and then rewarded some time to improve? Especially more than four days! A new beginner needs more than four days to adjust to a new environment! That’s like marrying someone and then divorcing them four days later because they we not the right fit! It happens all the time, but it doesn’t make it right! Its wrong and its cruel! That was a cold-hearted back stabbing move! This person had just quit a job to be welcomed into a promising future, and then dumped into a unforgiving society of unemployment! Now this person who once was secured, now joins the jobless, the many American fighting unemployment, trying to survive! This company took in somebody who trusted in them and thought they were going to have their first successful start in the art field, but was then fed to the wolves! That was truly a ruthless gesture! Sandy’s Sign Works is now responsible for destroying a human beings life and sending them to the streets, stabbing them in the back and heart, and leaving them lost and alone! Sandy’s Sign Works deserves no business if this is the way the handle people, I’m sure it is not the first time they mistreated an individual like this! Sandy’s Signs Sucks!
