About us
Sara is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in substance abuse. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. She is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has nine years experience as a Registered Nurse and two years experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Her passion lies within the rural and under-served areas of the community.
