He quickly went from a crew member here, to a manager by completing a credited Manager's development program. As an individually owned franchise here in Oahu, we see emergencies big and small that need both our staff and equipment for a speedy recovery. Lorenzo has ensured that we are keeping to our schedules and properly equipped for any job he gives our technician teams. Lorenzo also has gained much insight on the running a business and mitigation/restorative measures with certifications from the IICRC: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FST, and CCT.
