About us
Sharita has worked with individuals (both children and adults), families, and couples struggling with various issues. These issues include, yet not limited to: mood disorders (including depression and anxiety), substance abuse, ADHD, anger management, child and adolescent behavioral issues, trauma and abuse related issues, parenting strategies, and eating disorders.
Sharita is best known for her client centered and holistic approach, while using various cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal and motivational techniques. She plans to equip each new therapist of the team with these skills, along with mindfulness techniques.
