CU Family Health Clinic Sheridan Campus is a 501(c)(3) federally-qualified nurse-managed clinic, focused on a patient-centered medical home philosophy. Our PCMH model offers children and adults access to affordable medical and dental care, as well as behavioral health care and pharmacy services—all under one roof. We provide quality health care for people of all ages and backgrounds, whether they have insurance or not.
