I incorporate theory, research, and practice into the psychological, behavioral, and social aspects of the various roles psychology plays in sports medicine contexts. I have a strong foundation in trauma focused treatment, with an emphasis in mindfulness. I use flexible and evidence-based treatments and include mental skills training for performance enhancement for optimal success. I am committed and dedicated to caring for the whole person and enjoy educating and supervising future psychologists.
