A definite fan here...Mike, our technician was early to our appointment, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed our dishwasher's problem, confirmed to see if the part was available for pick up and installed it. The whole process took about and hour. I really liked that he provided the costs of the repairs prior to proceeding - very professional.

The repairman, Otto, was at my door within 15 minutes of my refrigerator repair call! He was very courteous and he thoroughly explained (without my asking) everything that he checked and did to my refrigerator. Not only is my refrigerator working properly, I learned a thing or two about why and how it works!

Top service. Discovered our fridge/freezer stopped working. Left a voicemail and they got back to me and Peter (repairman) was at my doorstep within the hour. He replaced a part and got the fridge working again immediately. A++

I will call Otto again for any appliance repairs! He was on time (early too), friendly, and knowledgeable. He even gave me pointers on how to better use my washer and dryer to prolong the life. What amazing service!

Very good company. Jerry fixed our Kitchen Aid dishwasher in twenty minutes - he replaced the door hinges and checked it to ensure it was running properly. He was very friendly, courteous and competent. They are now on the top of my home repair list !

Peter who does the repairs is polite, efficient and a nice guy. My stove was fixed quickly. They always worked with my schedule and arrived on time.

Electric dryer problems. Otto showed up as promised and basically talked me out of fixing it. The cost of replacing the electronic parts would be high, and it still worked on the mechanical timer. He also forcefully encouraged me to replace some of the exhaust hosing that could become a fire hazard. He knows what he is talking about, and doesn't push any unneeded repairs.
