Snearly & Company in Martinsville is horrible. I called them because the alarm was going off on my septic. They came out and charged me $80 dollars to basically say they didn't think anything was wrong. Then a few days later the alarm started going off again. So we called and they said they would be out. Days later we had to call them again to see when they were going to come out! Then the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude to me when I asked about the first visit and how we paid them to basically drive out here and do nothing. So they show up yesterday and this time there is another guy with the guy that came out on the first day. Tony, the guy that was there on the first day, took the screws out of the top of the tank and placed them in his pocket. He never put them back in and today after I called to see if they had left them somewhere or if they were going to come out and fix the mistake tried to say that they broke when my wife watched him place the perfectly fine screws in his pocket. They refused to come back out to replace the screws stating "We're not going to make a special trip just for you" and suggested that I replace them myself. This is the kind of service they offer! Why should I, the customer, fix their mistake! By the way, the second guy, who was skinny enough to lay down and look into the septic, spotted the problem right away. It was over flowing. They dug up and left the drain pipe exposed and that was their "professional" fix to the problem. Unprofessional technicians, rude receptionists and they don’t know how to keep appointments. DON’T CALL THESE PEOPLE!
