Leo Sarkisyan (leo.sarkisyan@gmail.com) from http://www.socialbear.com/ order full SEO and Google Place, SEM services from us, and paid on time every month. we did our work send full ranking report, improve the ranking and for the past 30 days he telling me we did nothing, basic with the economy down and its slow, so Leo Sarkisyan decide to take it on us. Even that we rank his site with many keywords on the 1st page Google, Yahoo and Bing, and Google Place.

Anyway, Leo Sarkisyan file for chargeback for all payments he did paid. Agree to pay for 6 month campaign
