After many years of wonderful service I’m sorry to say the Somerset Vet Group is no longer a place I take my pets and I can’t recommend anyone else go there, in fact I highly suggest you book your appointment elsewhere.

Although Dr.’s Levy and Pfeiffer have been super the front desk staff is impossible to deal with. Not only did they “misplace” my dogs record they have sold me medication and refuse answer my question about how to use it unless I make yet another appointment.

I wish I could remain a loyal customer but having the deal with argumentative front desk staff like Jennifer make is simply impossible. The fact that my messages were not even given to the vet I doubt they have any idea they are losing customers. I sure hope our favorite vets move offices so we can start to use them again.

If not I’m sure we’ll grow to love our new vet just as much. Beware if you book an appt. with them chances are you won’t get the service you are promised.
