Sozio Sales Showrooms in Danvers is absolutely terrible......stay away!

Sozio Sales Showrooms in Danvers is a place to AVOID at all costs. I needed a fridge for a small space. I went to all the big box stores first with no luck, so I decided to try Sozio. I bought a fridge that I thought would fit, but it did not. When I tried to return it, they would not take it back. I live less than a mile from the store. I called and called and was promised that someone would get back to me, but noone ever did.This went on for 2 days. I was told that the owner was mysteriously out of town, so he could not be reached. I had to remove a storm door to get the fridge to fit in my kitchen. The door remains off to this day, and Sozio never contacted me in spite of my calling at least 15 times. DO NOT SHOP THERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!
