SP Fitness & Nutrition Bar

We're SP Fitness & Nutrition Bar, and we've been a premier health club, in Sauk City, WI, since 2017. Healthy living starts here! We offer 24-Hour access for members, free weights, cardio equipment, kettlebells, and much more. We host a variety of classes, small group fitness training, and youth training, as well as our personal trainers, and physical therapist here. Come in a little early or stay a little later to enjoy one of these delicious and nutritious smoothie bowls, hydration products, protein bars, protein balls, energy drinks, or perhaps a refresher. We look forward to partnering with Dane, Sauk, and Columbia counties to continue to offer a fantastic 24-Hour gym or fitness experience. Call ahead for class information!
