My best friend died, and my mom payed $300 for a picture taken years ago by Cindy. This was going to be my Christmas present. Cindy never called, Christmas passed, two years passed. I just came back from confronting her. She was rude, tried to shut the door in my face, was sarcastic, and made me cry. She has no remorse, and still can't find the pictures, she lost them. I never got my Christmas present, she didn't give us our money back, and she has caused me a lot of pain. She watched me cry right in front of her and never once said sorry. I hope no one ever has to go through this like I did, save yourself the trouble and don't get pictures from her.
