Just went to this subway .. Got a sandwich , went home , took a bite and there was a big bug in it .. I bit into the bug!! .. Brought the sub back and the manager, Kathy, gave us SUCH an attitude saying that didn't come from her store when the kid who made it told her yeah, she was just here. I bought 2 of the sandwiches actually, and the girl who made it told her that .. Kathy then proceeded to snap at me Well you're not getting your money back for both of them .. I never asked for the money back for the other one! She was SO incredibly mean .. I have NEVER been treated so badly in a fast food place in my life .. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Get a new manager for that place because she is waste of Subways money! I will NEVER there again and I will tell everyone I know about this!!
Oh yes, and lets not forget the meat in the sandwiches were GRAY! Disgusting!
