Subway in Leroy is a nice addition to the community. However I recently bought a party tray there and was disappointed. I got a 5 sub tray for $30. Now 5 subs is $25, but it came with the condements for a party, so the price should have been higher. When I went to pick up the tray I noticed it looked nothing like 5 subs and told the girl. She pointed out there were 15 cuts that were 3 to 4 long. I asked shouldn't they be all 4 long? She said that the ends are cut off of the subs and it makes them just a little shorter. Well 1 removed off each end of a sub is 2 per sandwich and that actually gives me 10 less of sandwch that I paid for. So then she told me should would make me another sub to make up for it. I'm thinking ok, good business, you're doing the right thing. Then she says she can make another 5 for $30. Now why do I want to get screwed again??? Sadly we have a large party of probably 30 people at Christmas to buy for. I am going to have Subway cut the subs in half so all of the food is there. But I think I might have to deal with BP instead. They probably won't cut me a deal, but at least I'll get what I paid for!
