No Games, Gimmicks or Ridiculous Fees the owner of Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa was Honest and Confident in his work . He repaired the Unit in a timely manner and gave me some new air filters and some tips on how to optimize my HVAC use and possibly save some money on power bills and costly repairs in future. etc.. In the end I am glad that I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I called for a second opinion after I was told I needed a new a/c unit for $6000. Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa came out and gave me a free second opinion. They looked at my unit and explained I only needed to replace condensor fan motor. My unit is only 6 years old and is in great working condition except for the condensor fan motor. It took the technicians less than 30 minutes to change the motor and I definitely saved lots of money!!! Those big companies out there only want to sell you a new unit for big profit. Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa is a smaller company and family owned and they are not out to rob people. Everybody was nice and Brigitte was pleasant on the phone. Thank you so much, I will let all my friends know about you.

Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa was suggested by a friend. With Tampa, FL hitting a week with sweltering and muggy weather its not time for consumers to begin the free estimate war with AC companies. The owner, arrived promptly and was professional and courtesy - with a reassuring attitude. Completed timely and much less then one would have expected.

Called on Thursday, got an appointment for a possible condensation leak on Friday. Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa were busy in the morning and I called at the appointment promised cut-off time. Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa said Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa were running late. I needed the job done, so I said ok. Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa came on time for the up-dated time. Friendly, got right down to business, checked both my a/c / heat units. Tested levels, etc. Checked all the lines, and verified everything working ok. No leaks.
