About us

Real Estate Paradise LLC was formed in 2005. The LLC is today owned by Dave Grondin, Jane Grondin
and Derek Tait. We purchased a commercial property in Paradise in early 2012 and we decided to
make a major investment in our community. The former motel and home has been completely
renovated and the project was completed in 2014. We officially moved into our new office space in
late 2013 and opened our newly-renovated all-suite motel, Tahquamenon Suites Lodging in February 2014.

2014 also saw a complete re-branding of our real estate business. We ended our long-term relationship
with North Coast Realty and we are proud to be doing business today as Superior Shores Realty.
After many years of experience in the Paradise market, our team has built a track record of success
based on exemplary service. We go the extra mile for buyers and sellers and the results speak for
themselves. Year after year, we outsell every competitor in our market. Real Estate Paradise LLC
produced record-breaking sales volume in 2012 and a record number of sales in 2013.
