Swan Market has been a staple in Rochester, NY for over 80 years. Locally owned and operated, we provide the people of Rochester with the highest quality of German style hand-cut meats and handmade sausages. When you walk into Swan Market you’ll be met with an old world delicatessen feel that has largely vanished in the era of giant grocery chains.

Owner, Barry Fischer, who took over Swan Market over 15 years ago, apprenticed with German master butchers where he learned how to cut meat properly and make top-of-the-line German sausages. Swan Market is authentic down to the last detail. Our deli counter offers a variety of meats, including smoked ham, salami, cold cuts, pork products, and even steaks. Stop by Wednesday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, or Saturday 8am to 2pm, to pick up something delicious for your family!

Or if you're looking for something a little different for lunch, stop in Wednesday through Saturday 11am to 2pm for lunch. We serve authentic German cuisine that will have you coming back for seconds.
