I visited this T Mobile and was helped by an employee who said his name was John, but it turns out it's actually Mohammed and he goes by Mike or Mo. I allowed Mohammed to access my account, but ultimately left without making a purchase.

A few weeks later, I went to another T Mobile location. The employee there told me I had no upgrade left and that Mohammed had extended my contract by two years, including entering a serial number for a phone I hadn't purchased. I returned to the original store to have the error corrected, and when I explained the situation, Mohammed immediately started yelling at me that he had made one click in error that had caused this situation. (I later confirmed with T Mobile that extending a customer's contract is a multi-step process and that there is no way this was a one click error.) He refused to call T Mobile to correct the error, instead insisting that he had sent an email. I asked for a copy of the email and he refused. I asked for any proof at all that he was addressing this error and he again refused. I asked for a supervisor's contact information, and big surprise, he refused that, too. I then called T Mobile customer care and explained the situation. The representative on the phone was quite helpful and asked to speak with Mohammed. He agreed, but had an aggressive and rude attitude with her as well and still insisted he was handling this via email.

I later posted a negative review of the store on another site. The next day, Mohammed called me six times from his store until I answered. He then told me I had 24 hours to remove my review or he would cancel my account. He said there was plenty he could do to get back at me for the review, and then recited my home address which he had gotten from the corporate database. He also stated he had ammo and guns and would f-ing kill me.

I've since filed complaints with T Mobile and the Better Business Bureau and have filed a police report.

Please don't shop at this store. It's run by a crazy person.
