Me and my fiance were traveling in Los Angeles. Right after we landed at the airport; we rented a car from Hertz rental company.
Few days after during our trip in Hollywood, the engine simply shut down on us. First we were in a panic, tourist in such a big city, without knowing anyone.
So we called to Hertz office to get some advices and help.
The friendly and helpful lady told us not to worry since they are going to assign a tow truck with a new car to us, and they will tow the broken one.
After around 45 minutes of waiting Jack, the tow truck driver had arrived. He unloaded a brand new Toyota Camry for and took away the Nissan. We just want to thanks everybody who helped us out in our worst experience in Los Angeles.
