When conducting business I frequently use the expression, I don't need to know all that they know, I just need to know that they know it. TeamLogic knows all they know so I don't have too. I trust them completely to keep the technical aspect of my business in full operation and they have delivered. TeamLogic IT helped us do so much over the years. From the day to day system maintenance to deploying new software packages, new servers and workstations to developing software for us. They handled it all for us. When it comes to relying on our technical infrastructure, I wouldn't place my service with anyone other than TeamLogic.

TeamLogic IT got us up and running when we were completely down. They were able to get us access to our server when we had no credentials. Their expertise allowed us to gain control of our email systems and establish alerts regarding compromised email accounts. For years we had done our own IT stuff. That was fine until we have our first problem with our server. We had never had trouble before so we did not have any place to turn to. After making some phone calls, I was directed to TeamLogic IT. You were out within two hours and found our problem in minutes. What a relief to have that level of service. We are excited to have them working with us. Their knowledge and experience is allowing us to focus on what we do best, which is making tools to support the electric grid. Not having to worry about our IT stuff is only possible because of the level of trust we can place in your people. Finding a provider that can credibly handle a dual platform environment Mac and PC was critical for us. TeamLogic did a great job helping us migrate to our new mostly Mac environment while still keeping some of our legacy PC components running. TeamLogic helped us optimize our network. With aging workstations, we were faced with a decision to buy new workstations or continue to lose productivity due to the slow and aging computers. TeamLogic IT implemented a terminal server solution for our employees and now everything is running off the server. All our data is protected and things are working faster than ever. Our IT environment was in poor condition and deteriorating to the point of becoming unstable and unusable. We contacted TeamLogic IT and they responded immediately, stabilizing the environment. In addition to emergency server stabilization, TeamLogic IT helped with server virtualization and server migration from the old server to a new business class server system which provides a central repository for user data and management, that can support growing IT demands. They also implemented a backup solution for our critical business and organizational data.
