BETTER OFF BALD!! OMG I can't believe I made it out with my 2 eyes. The hair stylist that I had the misfortune of doing of my hair scraped my face with the razor he used to cut my hair SEVERAL times, really close to my eyes. This place is just a disaster. When I got there (and throughout my time there) the employees treated me like if I was a pestilence and were not even interested in having a new costumer. NOTHING from their promo video was true. The place looked horrible, like a night club at 5am. There was no complimentary wine or even water from the faucet. And then came the disaster with the hair stylist. When I told him what I wanted done he just said: Oh, you want one of those emo / poser / yippi haircuts? I am just going to do my own version. His own version ended up being the WORST hair cut I have ever had. I had to go to another salon (a great one called Public Salon in Williamsburg) to get it fixed. Even when he was done and I kept telling him things were uneven and not how I asked, the hair stylist still REFUSED to fix them!! All this while I had to hear all the stupid stories of how the other employees had gotten drunk and wasted the night before. This place is a joke. Untalented people, unreasonable prices and just one of the worst atmospheres ever.
