Terril C Lynn MA LPC in Portland saved my life. When I met Lynn, I really didn't expect the deep intellect and wit she proved to have over the couple of years I saw her. I had been to many therapist over many years and none ever reached me like she did. The therapy I received from her became THE major turning point in my life.

Terril C Lynn MA LPC in Portland is very unreliable. She would reschedule appointments that I never had or she would give me the wrong date and time. She would cancel appointments with less than 24 hour notice.
The last straw was when she canceled my appointment and we rescheduled for a week later, and then she called to cancel that one because she could not get paid through insurance. She called back an hour before scheduled appointment to change her mind and say it was ok to come in. She left 4 messages within a 2 hour time frame. She was very condescending and very misinformed. Blaming me for the insurance issue, saying the EAP would not pay because she was not referred, and then saying regular insurance only paid for 50%. Then she said that we were both equally to blame for the problems and she demanded that I call her back to let her know what was going on. In the end I called on the insurance and found that the visits where covered 100%.
I work Swing and all of these phone calls where, like I said within 2 hour time frame. Her unreliability was more detrimental to my mental health than the benefit of the counseling sessions.
