The Amalfi Llama has set out to merge the rustic live-fire cooking of Patagonia with the fresh traditional flavors of Italy, where genuine cooking, down-to-earth cuisine, and scorching embers intertwine. The Amalfi Llama kitchen revolves around an open parrilla grill and wood-burning oven, harnessing fire, smoke, and coals to craft delicate and sophisticated dishes.
