The Cheese House in Arlington is perfect for LOW FAT maple syrup, only 8 grams of carbs. Other maple syrups are 50 grams. Bought some low fat maple syrup, swiss cheese, and other very nice stuff there. Met the owner, another former NY who has found a life away from NYC.

The Cheese House in Arlington is a gem! Stopped in during our visit to Dorset this weekend and picked up some apple smoked provolone, some extra sharp cheddar, some maple syrup, candy, and other stuff. The proprietor, Rick, was very nice and gave us some samples of other cheeses including a very addicting horseradish cheddar. It was unreal! Great place!
