I had problems with my last real estate agent. It took so long for him to find buyer on my property. So much waste on time and money. No more than 10days, I was able to close the deal with him and the negotiation went well. Mitch bought my house at a fairly price and I'm happy with it. HE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
