The Green Dragon Tavern

The Green Dragon Tavern near Boston's Faneuil Hall is the home of the spirit of Boston's revolutionary past. Hailed as 'Headquarters of the American Revolution' the Green Dragon Tavern was a favorite for Paul Revere and the Sons of Liberty. The Green Dragon Tavern is a comfortable place with a real European atmosphere, cheap eats and 20 imported beers. In the restaurant lunch and dinner favorites include toppling sandwiches, burgers and traditional Irish Fare.

If you are going to go out in Faneuil Hall the Green Dragon is the place to be. Always a good time, good bands, reasonable cover if they have one. Most importantly it is not a super young college crowd.

I have had many a fun night at this place...located in a small alley of bars down by Fanieul Hall this place pours great Guinness and has some pretty good live music on the weekends...great fun with a group but is small and gets packed on the weekends...
