Stephen C. Gaubert is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana. He is also admitted to practice before all three federal district courts in Louisiana, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. His primary areas of practice include land-based Workers’ Compensation accidents, automobile, trucking and boating accidents, maritime/offshore drilling and production rig accidents, social security disability claims, medical malpractice claims, wills, successions, contracts and business law matters.
