HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He is NOT forthcoming about when and what he will charge for. So, I was so excited to buy my pottery wheel and get clay with it four weeks ago (a bit of white stone clay and porcelain for confirmation crosses I made for our Sunday school classes!). It was great luck to happen upon the Pot Shop online and then go in to meet Dominic who said to just bring in my newly made pieces and he'd fire them. Was so impressed with this, that I signed up for class a month early after bringing my pieces in and wanted to show my gratitude! Well, went back yesterday - Friday - morning as they were ready to be glazed, had brought my own high fire majolica and was offered a nice white glaze, so I used that. So, spent the day there yesterday glazing my things and Dominic came in early afternoon, twice asking me to move my things so others could glaze (not in the nicest tone!) and I hurriedly moved things both times. Realized that I had to get out to make my own classes...
