Located in Scottsdale, we serve the Phoenix Metro Area in Arizona, providing a safe space for Grief and Loss counseling, Infertility Counseling, Sex Therapy, Family and Adolescent Therapy, Couples and Marriage Help, and more.

Helping people better their own lives as well as those around them by being a part of finding solutions is an honor. At Therapy with Heart in Scottsdale, Arizona, the goal of our licensed and judgement free therapists is to create safety for you as we explore the past, present and the potential of the future. We work with adolescents, families, LGBTQ+ families, couples, and individuals on concerns including grief and loss, sex therapy, couples therapy, and family issues. Our inclusive practice welcomes people of diverse cultures, lifestyles, backgrounds, and religious traditions. You can decide on the format of your therapy whether it be 50 or 90 minute appointments, intensive sessions 2-4 hours long, weekend workshops, group therapy, or individual counseling.

Grief Management
After losing a loved one you may find yourself unsure how to move forward with your life or you may have unresolved questions. While grief is a normal process, healing can become complicated, and grief therapy can assist you navigate your emotions, explore any regrets or guilt, and help you find the tools you need to help your day to day grief process.

Adolescence and Family Therapy
Adolescence is a time of great change, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Do to changes in appearance, great pressure from the media to conform to standards in appearance and behavior, as well as bullying, teens can find themselves with self-esteem issues. Therapy with Heart can help you notice warning signs of escalating self-esteem problems and meet with your teenager or family.

Couples Counseling
Our therapists use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help couple become more connected, secure and happy in their relationships. When a couple finds themselves stuck in the same repeating argument or becomes disconnected and distant, EFT can get right to the heart of the problem. Bringing about a new way of talking, the walls that keep you apart can crumble and allow the feelings that first brought you together to rebuild.
