Tip Top Nails in West Springfield is horrible the only good thng is eye brows....every time I go there my nails are f'd up...andI finally went back to have them fix it and they were complete Aholes to me!!!! I als pay for gel over lay and they wouldn't even do it after they fixed my nails...not my fault you messed them up...companies should want them to look good I mean when you put your work on me I become a walking billboard for your business.... I will not be returning
