Serving the Tulsa, OK area since 2013, Total Pilates Studio specializes in small group Pilates classes, as well as offering Pilates for seniors and Pilates for beginners. Conveniently located in the Brookside neighborhood, we take great joy in helping our clients achieve greater health and happiness through the Pilates Method. Join us for a full Pilates workout, including both Pilates mat and Pilates reformer classes. Interested in Pilates instructor training? We offer a full Pilates certification program to help our clients transition from student to teacher.
