Note: The Therapy & Sports Performance location is the 2nd location in Vadnais Heights offering expanded sports therapy and sports performance services. *The physician clinic, hand therapy, and traditional physical therapy will remain in its current location in Vadnais Heights just next to TCO Sports Garden at 3545 Hwy 61 N.*
