Transitions offers programs uniquely designed for autistic teens and young adults and individuals with learning differences. Our flagship campus in the foothills of the Adirondacks is the perfect backdrop for our premiere college and career programs.
Transitions is CQL accredited focusing on full-year transition programs with college or career tracks, summer camps, and creative arts programs.
