Here's the thing about Carolina Tire and the team there. I've been to the dealerships and have tried the big corporate stores. For my time and money, Carolina Tire has consistently taken really good care of me. They know the names of their customers, it's always the same good guys there. The techs are helpful and want you to understand your car. Do they get busy? Sure they do, they're the best, the best are always busy. I have no problem throwing them my keys and just saying, take care of it. I also tell my dear Mother and my Daughter to do the same. Without hesitation, Jim & Doug and their team snap to it and keep me on the road. Now they have a 2nd location Uptown Charlotte for auto repair. These buys just keep getting better and better with each passing day.
